This half marathon supports girls & women's football in the Lancashire area

Since 2015, Chorley Women FC have organised and stewarded the Rivington Half Marathon, with support from Bolton Mountain Rescue.
Entry fees contribute to the ongoing running of the not-for-profit club, supporting women's football and allowing the marathon to continue.

The Route

A mixture of terrains and elevations makes for a challenging and rewarding route.

Climb towards the stunning views of Rivington Pike, head through the terraced gardens, around the Anglezarke reservoir, and back through the woodlands.

What time does it start?

Registration & welcome tents open from 8:30am. The race starts at 10am.

How much does entry cost?

Early-bird online registration costs £27 and includes a medal. Registration on the day is £35 and includes a medal.
Commemorative t-shirts are available during online registration for an additional £6.50.
